The University of Vienna has launched an annual conference on Innovation and Digitalisation in Law. This year’s conference - IDLaw 2021 - is devoted to the topic ‘The Digital Services Act package – revolution or more of the same?’ and will take place online on March 1st and 2nd 2021.
The programme will cover the main content of the proposals for a Digital Services Act (DSA) as well as the Digital Markets Act (DMA). Experts from different legal fields will examine the proposals, compare the legislative initiatives to the status quo and discuss the future of digital services in the EU.
